Procedure to Search Your Property Online

To check the land registry online you need to open the official website of the Revenue Department of Gujarat

After that, you need to click “property search” from the home page of the website
Now select “Property Wise” or “Name Wise” or “Document No-Year Wise”
Enter the details as asked on the screen such as District, Sub-Register Office, Index-2 Village, Property/Land Type, Search Type, TP No./Survey No./ValueZone, party type, party name, applicant name, mobile number, email ID, document number and document year.

Click send verification code and enter OTP
Details will appear on the screen.

Procedure to Check Land Owner’s Name in Gujarat

Step 1: First, visit the government official website of AnyRoR Gujarat. The link is as : anyror.gujarat.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, you will see the “VIEW LAND RECORD-RURAL” option. Once you locate it, select this option.

Step 3: When you are redirected to its page, you will find the dropdown menu from which you must select the right options of the district, taluka, and the village.

(If the option was VIEW LAND RECORD-URBAN, then click on the district, city survey office, ward, survey number, and sheet number from the dropdown menu and then go to the next step.)

Step 4: Now, verify the entered details and subsequently input the captcha code in its given space.

Step 5: Click on the GET LAND RECORDS/ GET RECORD DETAILS option.

With the information displayed on the screen, you will also see the owner’s name and all details related to the land.
